BetConstruct is looking for a Call Center Agent with profound knowledge of English and Turkish languages to join our Customer Service team.

Աշխատանքի պարտականությունները`

• Deliver customer service through chat 
• Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments 
• Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments, requests to customers 
• Translate database information about registered bets 

Պահանջվող որակավորումը`

• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, Turkish languages 
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure 
• Ability to work as a part of a team and cooperate with colleagues 
• Ability to provide customer service 
• Be patient and understanding 
• Experience in the field is a plus
